Logger WD-68
Consibio Logger WD-68 is a rugged industrial datalogger built for reliable remote monitoring in demanding environments. It collects sensor data and transmits it securely to Consibio Cloud via LTE Cat-M1 / NB-IoT / Satellite with global eSIM connectivity.
Reliable global communication
The integrated eSIM automatically connects to the strongest available network across 180+ countries, ensuring stable data transmission without manual setup. WiFi is supported for local configuration, and satellite is available as an add-on.
Flexible sensor integration
WD-68 supports all common industrial signal types:

- 4–20mA
- Pulse inputs
- 3.3V and 12V sensor power
With three parallel ports, multiple sensors can be connected simultaneously. The logger is sensor-agnostic and works with both Consibio and third-party sensors.
Long battery life
The dual-battery design allows seamless switching between two battery packs. Standard configuration includes two 48Wh rechargeable Li-Ion batteries, and ultra-low power setups can run for years using Li-SOCl₂ backup batteries.
Measurement and transmission intervals are configurable in Consibio Cloud to optimize battery life.
